Combined Operations contains original writing and true stories as told by the WWII Canadian veterans that served in the organization known as Combined Operations—the modern force that planned highly strategic allied raids and invasions during WWII. This book is compromised of highly detailed recollections and stories about Dieppe, North Africa, Italy and Sicily, France (D-Day), Southern France and Greece, how Combined Operations began, original poetry, hand-drawn maps, lists of code names, list ships that served, list of training bases and a glossary of navy terms.

This is the second edition of the Combined Operations book; written by the late Clayton D. Marks (1924-1999) and produced/edited by his beloved wife, Jewell (1929-1998) on the typewriter at their kitchen table.
