The Artist Cookbook Vol. 2

The Artist Cookbook started in the winter of 2019 when I emailed artists from across so-called Canada and asked them to share a favourite recipe with me. My kitchen skills were subpar, but I intended to develop my competence through their guidance. I think I only made it through the COVID-19 lockdowns because of what I had learned and the breadth of recipes in that first Vol. As we entered the second year of the pandemic, the world felt less immediately terrifying, and people were starting to emerge, and I was in definite need of some new recipes and kitchen support. I reached out to some of my favourite artists again, and here is Vol. 2, with 51 recipes from 49 more artists.
